What to include

There is no account on this site, so there is no profile for us to open. A countdown exists only as the link you created. If the question is about a specific timer, paste the full URL, including everything after the question mark. A screenshot of the digits helps when the complaint is “the number looks wrong,” because the digits depend on the device clock as well as the link.

If a date was wrong and you already sent the link, make a new countdown and send the new link to your guests. Editing the page updates the address in your own browser. It does not edit copies people already received. Say so in the email if you were expecting the old link to change by itself. That behavior is described in How to create a shareable countdown.

Privacy requests

For an access, correction, or deletion request, email contact@countdowntoyour.com from the address you want us to reply to. Tell us what you sent and when. Event names and dates are not stored in an account here; they travel inside links you share. Advertising cookies, when they are set, are handled by Google on the pages that load ads. The privacy policy lists which pages those are and how to use Google’s own ad settings.

What this address is not

We will not ask you for a password. There isn’t one. We will not ask you to install a remote-access tool to “fix” a countdown. If a message about CountdownToYour arrives from some other address, or asks you to pay to keep a timer online, it did not come from this site. The only contact address published here is contact@countdowntoyour.com.

The guides cover the usual how-to questions: timezones for remote guests, fullscreen and flip clock on a TV, countdown versus a calendar invite, and wedding and birthday etiquette. If the answer is a product limit rather than a bug — no RSVP list, no email reminders, no embedded iframe — the guide will usually say that outright.
